This is a complete scam. I placed an order and attempted to cancel it on the same day, just 30 minutes later, but the representative insisted it had already been dispatched. They refused to provide a tracking number for three weeks, stating that I needed to wait for the package to arrive before I could return it and that I would have to cover the return postage myself. Eventually, I found out the package was marked as delivered while I was home. When I tried to reach out to the customer support team, I was blocked and unable to make contact. I have reported this issue to the relevant authorities.
