Their own AI confirmed my account and profile are configured correctly, and that the issue requires a manual fix by their support team — they even said a human engineer would follow up "shortly."
That was 2 days ago. Nothing.
For a paid service marketed to businesses, this is unacceptable. A blocking technical issue that their own system acknowledged is just sitting there unresolved with zero follow-up. I can't use the product I paid for.
