I ordered a data SIM on January 8th, 2026, but it took over a week to receive it. When I attempted to activate the service, it remained in pending status for several days until I contacted the support team. They claimed their system had issues and couldn't verify my details. The support team kept asking me to send high-resolution images of my IDs via unsecured email. After expressing my concerns about security and asking for a secure upload option, I received no different response. When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible. TL;DR: They won't activate your service and refuse refunds. Stay away.
