I ordered a data SIM on January 8th, 2026, but it took over a week to receive it. When I tried to activate the service, it stayed in pending status for several days until I contacted the support team. They told me their system malfunctioned and couldn’t verify my details. The support team had me going in circles, asking for high-resolution images of my IDs through unsecured email. Despite my concerns about security and requests for a secure upload option, I received the same response repeatedly. When I requested to cancel and get a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible. TL;DR: They won't activate your service and refuse refunds. Avoid at all costs.
