I have had my bill increase from $170 this would include security package and internet They starting billing me about $240 a month without explanation as well another $134 charge was made mid march???? I phoned but ran into long wait times finally after waiting 1:08 minutes I got a call centre! The guy was from a different country maybe the Philippines?? He seemed poorly trained and could give me no explanation why my bill was being increased I was on the line 20 minutes with him with many long waits! I told him that if this wasn't resolved I would cease my Business with telus! I was put on hold again and then he disconnected! Communicating with anyone in telus is nearly impossible! I will request my reverse some of the charges! I should mention I am in my seventies and should get a seniors rate which is $35 a month for internet!
