I’ve been using Tempdrop for 26 days, and honestly, I don’t feel satisfied with my purchase at all. It’s quite an expensive device that, on its own, doesn’t offer all the features it’s highly valued for—you have to pay for a subscription to access those. On top of that, in my case, wearing the band has been very uncomfortable, as it causes itching, irritation, and marks. These issues make it hard to fall asleep, and even keeping the armband on for several hours in a row is a real challenge. The sizing also doesn’t fit properly: the regular size is too tight on me, but when I use the extender that comes with it, it doesn’t stay in place on my arm, which could affect the basal temperature readings.Additionally, the temperatures it has recorded so far don’t look coherent at all, which makes me doubt whether it’s working properly. And last but not least, the customer service is terrible—I’ve sent several emails expressing my questions and concerns, and all I’ve received back is a bunch of long emails with no real solutions, one after another, with no satisfactory answers or support. Eventually, they just stopped responding to my requests altogether, and I never received any further “help.”
