SCAM COMPANY. Do not buy. This product is not reliable and confusing to use. It technically comes with a book of instructions, but they are so small you can't even read them with a magnifying glass. And guess what? Their return policy is: "once you OPEN THE BOX you can't return it." So if they sell you a defective product you're simply out $200. I tried leaving a review on their site but it's apparently impossible to do so which makes me wonder about the reliability of the reviews on their site.
Confused by ant reviews claiming "great customer support". There is literally zero available at all. There is no phone or WhatsApp communication only email and they respond maybe every few day maybe not. When they did respond, All they did was ask repeatedly if I tried rearranging the device on my arm. I was asked to fill out a complicated form providing pictures and videos and promised a response in a few days. still waiting for a response.
Gave 2 stars because the device seems like it could he great if I could get some help using it.

I’ve been using Tempdrop for 26 days, and honestly, I don’t feel satisfied with my purchase at all. It’s quite an expensive device that, on its own, doesn’t offer all the features it’s highly valued for—you have to pay for a subscription to access those. On top of that, in my case, wearing the band has been very uncomfortable, as it causes itching, irritation, and marks. These issues make it hard to fall asleep, and even keeping the armband on for several hours in a row is a real challenge. The sizing also doesn’t fit properly: the regular size is too tight on me, but when I use the extender that comes with it, it doesn’t stay in place on my arm, which could affect the basal temperature readings.Additionally, the temperatures it has recorded so far don’t look coherent at all, which makes me doubt whether it’s working properly. And last but not least, the customer service is terrible—I’ve sent several emails expressing my questions and concerns, and all I’ve received back is a bunch of long emails with no real solutions, one after another, with no satisfactory answers or support. Eventually, they just stopped responding to my requests altogether, and I never received any further “help.”
I've been using Tempdrop to help manage my PCOS and overall, it's a helpful tool. I really appreciate being able to track my temperature without having to wake up at a fixed hour — it makes cycle tracking much more manageable.However, for the price point, I'm disappointed by recurring issues with temperature not recording properly on some nights. I suspect it's a technical problem with my device, but unfortunately, customer support wasn't helpful — they repeatedly sent copy-pasted messages and insisted I was using it wrong, without offering any real troubleshooting or solutions.Tempdrop claims to be well-suited for irregular cycles, which is one of the reasons I chose it. However, after four irregular cycles, the app simply stopped calculating fertile windows based on my temperature and cervical mucus data — stating that it couldn’t do so because my cycle is irregular. That’s incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of using a device specifically marketed for users with irregular cycles.What's even more disappointing is that they seem to filter out or simply don't publish negative reviews on their website, which seriously undermines the credibility and transparency of the brand.Tempdrop has potential, but at this stage, neither the product quality nor the customer support justifies the price.
After doubting to buy the tempdrop for quite a while (mainly because of the price), I went ahead and bought it a few weeks ago. I'm so glad i did! It's so easy to use and gives me an accurate BBT measurement, eventhough I wake up a lot during the night. Also, what a luxury to not have to set my alarm to temp in the weekend. I love it!

This allows me to plan my life accordingly to energy levels around different times In my cycle. It's a game changer! If I forget to use this feature I tend to overdo it when my energy levels are low and I don't want to socialise as much close to CD1. I've learnt so much about my body through Tempdrop. It's an amazing device. I could not be without it!! Incredible resources on their website to help you understand your body. I recommend this to all my female friends. I'm 43 and Tempdrop is helping me to identify hormonal changes in this next phase of life. Super friendly team at Tempdrop, really helpful and incredibly knowledgeable.
