I really appreciate being able to track my temperature without having to wake up at a fixed hour — it makes cycle tracking much more manageable.However, for the price point, I'm disappointed by recurring issues with temperature not recording properly on some nights. I suspect it's a technical problem with my device, but unfortunately, customer support wasn't helpful — they repeatedly sent copy-pasted messages and insisted I was using it wrong, without offering any real troubleshooting or solutions.Tempdrop claims to be well-suited for irregular cycles, which is one of the reasons I chose it. However, after four irregular cycles, the app simply stopped calculating fertile windows based on my temperature and cervical mucus data — stating that it couldn’t do so because my cycle is irregular. That’s incredibly frustrating and defeats the purpose of using a device specifically marketed for users with irregular cycles.What's even more disappointing is that they seem to filter out or simply don't publish negative reviews on their website, which seriously undermines the credibility and transparency of the brand.Tempdrop has potential, but at this stage, neither the product quality nor the customer support justifies the price.
