I originally loved the TempDrop. What a fantastic way to help monitor your fertility and provide more accurate BBT results. After about 8 months of use my app told me to change the battery. The device has been acting a bit wonky beforehand- flashing like crazy and not stopping as it’s supposed to do- but it was still recording temps so I didn’t think much of it.When I purchased this product I bought the $40 add on warranty that claims you can get the product refunded or replaced within 12 months of purchase. I changed the battery, my tempdrop is no longer working. I was very careful during battery replacement and have always been careful with this product. I contacted support, they refuse to replace the product because they say that I damaged it during the battery replacement process despite not having damaged it and having followed their tutorials (which are varied and confusing). They’re not willing to give me a refund or replacement despite emailing multiple times and trying to talk about the situation. I’ve never had such poor customer service and just a total refusal to stand by a warranty. I feel so disappointed that I wasted my money on this and don’t want to there to run into this issue as well. tldr: product breaks easily, customer service won’t replace or refund, please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this.
