Zero stars if possible. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Tempest Photography. In my view, there’s very little care taken in the way they photograph children. The pictures felt rushed and randomly taken, with no effort to help the children pose or even check that their hair or clothes were tidy—especially frustrating when parents aren’t allowed to be present to assist.On top of that, being charged £28 for a single digital photo feels incredibly unreasonable for the quality provided. The arrangement many schools have with this company puts parents in a position where they’re expected to pay high prices for what I feel are poor-quality results. Overall, I don’t think families are getting good value, and I hope schools consider alternative photography providers in the future.
