The photographer who came to our primary school was fantastic. They knew how to connect with children, resulting in beautiful photos of my boys together. Their patience was commendable. Furthermore, there was a great range of products available; previously, I bought larger sets for family, but this time I chose three pictures to frame as Christmas gifts.
I faced an issue with my graduation picture. When I reached out, the support team was very helpful and kind. They agreed to correct the mistake at no extra charge and even offered to send the new pictures for free! I would recommend this service to everyone. They are professional and genuinely helpful! I was shocked by the quality of the photos I received. They were more cropped and closer up than expected, not matching the image on the receipt or the QR code. Additionally, I was disappointed with the frames, which were flimsy cardboard without any cover for the photos, making them prone to collecting dust.
I ordered a Christmas tree decoration featuring my child's school photo, but I was alarmed to receive an image of another child, from a different school! I’m now worried about the security of my child's photo. When I reached out, I was told my order would be shipped soon, but how can I trust that? This raises serious safeguarding concerns.
This service feels like a money grab, charging exorbitant prices for digital photos in this digital age, simply because they have a monopoly as a school vendor. Many of us wouldn't have chosen this service if we had alternatives based on the reviews.
The photographer is the only one who can get my son to sit still and look at the camera. We have consistently received lovely pictures from this service. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit steep for us, but I suppose that's just how this industry operates.

However, the ordering process is frustrating due to the bundle system. Simplifying the order options would save time and make pricing clearer. Bundles just complicate everything, reflecting the rigidity of modern bureaucracy.
