When I raised the issue, the company claimed the package was sent through the DHL network to the Netherlands, from where it was handed over to local providers. This does not align with the DHL Express Shipment service I paid for. I had previously ordered the same product, but the lack of adequate documentation for my local customs resulted in the package being returned, and I received a refund. Upon reordering, I specifically selected "DHL Express Shipment" again, but it was once more sent via Passport Global, resulting in the same issues with customs and documentation. I strongly advise against ordering to Europe.
