I placed an online order with a clearly indicated "DHL Express Shipment" option (costing nearly $35 to Europe), but it was sent through a package aggregator, leading to complications with local customs. When I raised the issue, the company claimed the package was sent through the DHL network to the Netherlands, from where it was handed over to local providers. This does not align with the DHL Express Shipment service I paid for. I had previously ordered the same product, but the lack of adequate documentation for my local customs resulted in the package being returned, and I received a refund. Upon reordering, I specifically selected "DHL Express Shipment" again, but it was once more sent via Passport Global, resulting in the same issues with customs and documentation. I strongly advise against ordering to Europe.
Purchased the Vivi Cap as a gift. The product was defective, which was not discovered until the person attempted to use it for travel several months later, but well within the warranty period. I contacted the company by phone and provided all the info I was asked for. Long story short: four months and counting of multiple phone calls and myriad emails, each promising imminent resolution. Finally today I was told to contact Amazon to try to get a refund from them. It was outside the window. Still no satisfaction. No questions answered. Just a run around. I even contacted the CEO’s office No reply. Buyer beware. If a problem arises, you will not be helped.
I’ve been a diabetic for more than 35 years. You can only imagine how it was keeping my insulin at a certain temperature. Until I found the VIVI Cap. I don’t have to worry anymore. I have purchased several for friends. I know it has also changed their lives. Thank you so much!!
I have placed my order on 14th august from India my order is still not shipped ..after 5 days after contacting tempramed support numerous times they told me my address is not complete and they are unable to ship. I immediately replied to mail giving them all details they wanted. Now even after 3 days there is no response whatsoever. This is not a causal order or ordered just for fun. You get it right? Its is supposed to make life easier which is already as a t1d is tough!!!! Please sort this issue or initiate my refund. i am so tired already please I genuinely request you to expedite this entire process. Thanks.
I ordered 2 of their pen coolers and unfortunately my flex spending didn't approve the purchase so I returned both items and sent them confirmation of company receiving and signing for the return package and now I'm still waiting on my refund and my flex spending has been closed
I have been trying to get help from their support for months. They will email me a question, I respond, then silence. I never get anything back. I have three vivicaps. I have changed insulin so the pens don't fit anymore. I don't want to buy more caps, I just need the adapter rings. The last email thread with them I told them what I need. They replied asking me what insulin I changed to. After I told them their response was, yep Vivicaps are compatible.... didn't bother to answer my question. Not even close. Company is a joke.
