The mattress is nice. But the warranty is a pain in the ass. They want you to pay $175 to ship the replacement mattress. If it’s a manufactured defect that should be on them. Although they cover most of the mattress they don’t cover it all. Last, there is no phone number for the warranty department, escalations is always off, and the customer service representatives don’t have any knowledge. All you can do is email and hope. Had I known that information prior to making a purchase I would not have bought. Sleep number is just as good and they actually have people you can speak with.
