This is the worst mattress I have ever owned! It broke down within a few years and the company would NOT stand behind their stated warranty as promised. This is also the most I have ever paid for a mattress and we are very disappointed in Tempurpedic and will be sharing our experience with others to warn them.
Returns for pillows are not accepted. We bought two memory foam pillows, and they are very uncomfortable. I strongly recommend against purchasing from this company. Their strict no return policy seems unreasonable, especially considering the discomfort these pillows cause.

This company is truly the worst! Their products have drastically declined in quality, and their customer support is even worse. They do not stand by their products, and it's embarrassing for them. If you charge the highest prices, you should also provide the best customer experience! The numerous negative reviews indicate that customers feel scammed and stuck with overpriced items that the company does not support.
Don't waste your money. The mattresses are of poor quality. My partner and I dislike both mattresses we tried. We purchased one in September, but after 30 days we had to exchange it for another low-quality one. Three months later, we’re waking up with severe back, rib, and hip pain. The retailer won't refund us since we had one exchange. We've contacted both the retailer and the manufacturer, but they refuse to refund or exchange the mattress. We're stuck with a $3,000 mattress that is unusable. The middle sinks in, yet they claim it doesn’t meet their 'defective standards.' This is our second attempt at their mattresses, and I cannot recommend them. The warranty and mattresses are a joke and a waste of money. You’d be better off buying a cheaper mattress elsewhere and saving a lot.
I ordered a pillow on a promotion, and they turned out to be the least supportive pillows I’ve encountered. We had used the same type for eight years and loved them. I was very disappointed upon receiving the new ones. After two nights, we found ourselves tossing and turning with stiff necks. When I reached out to the company, they did not support their product. No exchanges or refunds are offered. Buyer beware!
I accidentally ordered two pillows. I spoke with a representative who was not helpful and seemed unsuited for customer service. I haven’t even opened the pillow. The representative insisted the return policy was strict, allowing returns only for damaged goods. So, if the pillow is damaged, they will accept it back? Not good customer service.
The customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered! I bought two pillows that were the wrong size, and they didn’t inform me at the time of purchase that they couldn’t be returned or exchanged. When I called to exchange, I found out then. Even with unopened products, they made no effort to assist. This has been the poorest customer service experience I've had. I will not be purchasing from them again, which is unfortunate since I was a loyal customer for over 20 years.
