This online company are thieves. A few months ago, I wanted to return some sun glasses sent to me scratched and broken. They sent me a return label to send them back. I also had another item from a different company which was Ace Computer that I wanted to return because the desktop computer would not turn on. When I went to return, I accidentally, somehow, mixed the return labels, and sent the Computer to TEMU by mistake. Once I discovered the mix up, I contacted Temu to aware them of the mix up and asked to return my item. They sent me a picture of my Irem asking is this your item and I told them yes. They claimed they were going to send it back to me. We'll, as I text this has been over 2 months ago and they never sent it back. Everytime I would contact them, they would continue send emails, we are Investigating the situation. There is no ongoing investigation, they wants to keep my Computer because they are THIEVES. Also dont download their App, nor leave your payment information. Money were debited from my account unauthorized by me. My bank investigation came back as fraud from that Country.
I was a loyal customer but not anymore. I have over 100,000 followers across social media and I have warned each and everyone about Temu thru a Mask mailing.
