I purchased a tablet on the app, I have been waiting so long for it to arrive that one day, I just checked to see that apparently it's already been delivered. BUT NOT TO MY ADDRESS. TEMU messages back stating that the courier says its been delivered to the correct address. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT'S NOT TRUE AT ALL. If the tablet only cost a few quid, it wouldn't be an issue, but it didn't. So not only did TEMU close my ticket after that, but now I'm down cash and a tablet. Their behavior towards trying to solve an issue is barbaric. I will NOT be ordering anything else on that damn app.

And please do not message with the "wE JusT waNt To SeRvE yOu, PlEaSE CoMe aGaiN" automated responses.

Also, I’m tired of their emails. I’ve unsubscribed several times, but I still keep receiving their marketing messages.

A package was marked as delivered, but it never actually arrived. At the time the delivery notification came through, someone was present with a clear view of the building entrance, and there was no delivery driver in sight. No one approached the door, and the doorbell was not rung, so there was no delivery attempt.

The photo provided as proof of delivery does not show the entrance or any identifiable part of the property and appears to have been taken from inside a vehicle. The lighting in the image also does not match the actual conditions at the time, as the entrance area was in full sunlight with clear skies.

The delivery company was contacted, and the representative even said the situation looked suspicious and would be escalated. A callback was promised, but no one ever followed up.

The seller was also contacted to report the missing package and request a refund, but the request was declined despite the lack of proper proof that the item was delivered.

Overall, the package was never received, the proof of delivery was inadequate, and neither the delivery provider nor the seller offered a meaningful solution. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing.

My husband order a hat it was the wrong thing it was a tool set am very upset with this y'all have people that's delivering package just unprofessional or they're stealing from people that are ordering packages it is very sad y'all need to get professional people because the people that y'all are hiring are stealing from the people that's ordering y'all need to take control of your business and watch who you hire to deliver packages cuz they are stealing from the clients and re-wrapping packages just by looking at my husband's package it seems like somebody wrapped it with a tool said study it being a hat that was not his item at all and hopefully they can send the right item that he ordered study a tool said it was a hat he ordered y'all a very being unprofessionals and the people that you are hiring or stealing and re-wrapping the things that the clients ordered down to make sure they have a camera on them at all times there are stealing from the clients and the package that came look like it been rewrapped with something else my husband needs a refund he's been studied spending with y'all company but this might be our last because we're tired of getting messed over where y'all company and y'all living the drivers take from clients it's not right y'all very unprofessional and the people that you are are very unprofessional where y'all finding these people to drive and to drop off packages off of Craigslist because it seems like that's what it is to me stealing from clients and y'all around this from the people that's dropping off packages to steal or or either they dropping it off at the wrong address and not paying attention to where they drop off at or the clients are not getting a packages because the people that's dropping off the packages are stealing I said what I said and I meant it

Now the lithium battery is a major fire and explosion hazard. According to EU safety laws (ADR), it is illegal for a private person to ship damaged lithium batteries by mail. Despite this, Temu support refuses a full refund unless I ship this dangerous item back. They are asking me to break the law and endanger postal workers because of their own misleading product description. I want a full refund to my Temu credit immediately so I can dispose of this hazardous waste safely.

On FB they are no help, it's just an evil AI pointing you to the same contact page that demands my personal info for one question.

I had uploaded a video on the other site called (let me get the name - Shein) and the stories were horrific. Temu was mentioned, but it wasn't the main focus of the video.

I'm glad I came here to see what everyone was saying before giving them my money.

I ordered 1 thing from Temu as a test item. They were very nice good for the price and ordered 10 other items from clothing to electronics. Everything i ordered was junk. Earbuds 3 different pairs including the more expensive and recognizable brand Acer. They were all like listening to music through a tin can. Buyer beware!!!

noA warning to all customers in Spain.
Temu has removed Correos as a facility for returns leaving those of us who live in the countryside with a very long round trip to reach the nearest Inpost shop to return goods to them. Too add to the frustration, many of the shops listed are closed down. This has happened to me and I have had no support or help from Temu in offering an alternative apart from paying for the shipping myself and claiming the money back afterwards, a very long process which will probably not be honoured.
There has been no warning about Correos being removed so unsuspecting clients might buy an item assuming that they would be able to return it as they have done in the past.
DO NOT BUY FROM TEMU UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WILL KEEP THE ORDER!
Don't get caught out like I did and end up losing your money.

*** I'm pleased to report that TEMU has now issued a full refund. However, without the Correos facility for returns, I will have to be very careful when ordering in future as I now know that returns are virtually impossible for me. I already have a few expensive items on the way and am already worried about what to do if they fail to meet expectations.

Went to checkout and it says to unlock the last item I need to choose more items totalling just over £15
So added items from their list with a total of around £24
Paid at checkout and then discovered it didn't include the 3 items for a penny each

All very bizarre
