They dont send the invoice to see what you ordered. they lie and very pushy. the refund usually is credit until you use it. constantly come on my screen to finish your order and bribe you with .01 priduct at the end they say need to ourchase $$$ to recieve it. As if teasing people. i had 4 free items they never send me eventhough i purchased $55.
