Temu have no consideration for the disabled, health troubled or housebound, if this is YOU DO NOT ORDER HERE!They sent me countless items 6 days after delivery date and despite complaining when it was already 4 days late, to come back in 3 more days for a full refund, when I did they said which items were no longer needed and did a partial refund only, after already promising a full one because the items were delivered 6 days after expected delivery instead of 7,further faulty items, were then noted and I requested a refund, they wanted the items back, fine, useless to me anyway, so I stated I'm housebound and can't reach the post office can they collect, after half an hour of chat I was told collection wasn't an option and if I don't post the items I'm not entitled to a refund, as both myself and wife are housebound and literally can't get the post office, and are neighbours are all untrustworthy, and don't speak English, there is no way to do this, TEMU's (paraphrased) response?... tough luck, not our fault your disabled. Terrible customer service, my last 3 orders better be immaculate, and after that, you will never get my custom again.
