Frustrating refund and order conditions

I received a £10 refund credited to my account, and then I purchased an item for £25. After applying the credit, my total came to £15. However, I was informed that they won't ship my order until it exceeds £20, which means I have to buy more unnecessary items. It's frustrating that I'm essentially paying more than once, and the promotions feel misleading.

I would give zero stars if possible

I would give zero stars if possible. This company are very deceptive in their so called deals and final charges. Temu lead you to believe that everything is above board, whereas from my own, and thousands of others experience this is totally untrue. Today I was told I could have 6 items for free. After spending a while choosing I went to my basket. My free gifts were missing. The other items I had in my basket totalled £22.10 and written clearly was YOU WILL BE CHARGED £22.10 BUT, when I arrived in checkout it had gone up to £66.44 Two thirds more.I went onto chat and eventually spoke to a person that we shall call S, who assured me he'd would look into it. After being on line for nearly an hour, I received a generic post quoting, '"Dear Customer, Thank you for your continued support etc etc," That was the end of the chat according to Temu, and I heard nothing more from S.It made me feel as though myself, and millions of other customers, are being scammed by Temu. They are being careless with the truth when they tell you one price in the basket and then increase it by two thirds at the checkout, as if you won't notice!By the time Consumers get to the check-out they are exhausted playing crack the egg and shuffle the cups games, and so they just check out and pay up..I have to speak up for all these people, because it's unfair and non compliant. Hence Temu's rating of 2.1 stars.

Ive requested a refund of more than…

Ive requested a refund of more than 20000 rupees right after i received my order as per full refund policy .. its been more than 2 months no one come to take orders back. Now they are saying that its more than 90 days so i cant take refund … they are just scammers fraud.. I will advise to everyone that do not use them.. you will not get the item which they showed on their website picture..

Do not recommend TEMU

Impossible to contact TEMU. Extremely unprofessional customer support. They just write nonsense apologize. Really annoying. Never reply emails nor really addressing issues. Very strange people. They branch from return/refund policy. They accept like fraud. I let them read this before posting.

If It's Too Good To Be True, Then It Is NOT True

I have been seeing Temu ads and pop-ups for months. Remember the key phrase: IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT ISN'T. A chinese dump firm for miscellaneous items of low quality.
