I purchased the Portable Carry On Bag in Lilac. Very nice bag and arrived very quickly, unfortunately it arrived without the shoulder strap. I contacted Temu to see if they could send a should strap but the only way to get s strap was to return the bag to China then wait for the replacement . Decided this was too much hassle.
