I strongly advise against using this service; they make no effort at all. It was a total waste of time. The tenant submitted the required form, but the service did nothing. Despite numerous follow-ups, I received little to no response. Ultimately, I sought another provider who completed the reference in just two days. The delay cost me over £800 in lost rent. I had previously used this service with decent results, but I will never do so again.
