With the first shipment, the address was wrong so it was sent back. It took 3 phone calls to correct the situation. And, then I had to return two of the items but there was no return slip. With agreement of customer service, I had to pay for the return and would be reimbursed. I am still waiting for the credit of the two shirts plus the return shipping costs. I have spent about 20 euro on phone calls as well. It is too bad as the products are great but it is a real hassle to get them.
