I showed up with my friends and did not say a word to anyone. I order a drink and they told me to leave without any reason. They grabbed my drink and pushed me out even though I complied and said I’d leave because I didn’t want to cause any issues. I left competently and the staff was very rude and violent. I will be sueing.

With the first shipment, the address was wrong so it was sent back. It took 3 phone calls to correct the situation. And, then I had to return two of the items but there was no return slip. With agreement of customer service, I had to pay for the return and would be reimbursed. I am still waiting for the credit of the two shirts plus the return shipping costs. I have spent about 20 euro on phone calls as well. It is too bad as the products are great but it is a real hassle to get them.
