I make regular orders. Usually $200-300/m. The first few months of ordering was awesome. One of my orders came with one missing tip, super great customer service. Immediately gave me a code to put in next time I order.
Then recently, I received my order that was missing 3 of the juicy apple flav. I spoke to support. They said take a pictures of my order with the mail evidence etc.. email it to support. I did.
Then I sent a follow up email.
Then another follow up email.
Then I contacted support again.
They said they emailed me april 5th (4 days after my first inquiry of the missing tips) I checked everywhere. They didnt.
I tried contacting support again saying you know i get that this stuff happens, if you would just communicate with me and let me know what's going on. Maybe you need to count stock, and id be more than happy to wait, but, not responding for 7 days is starting to irritate me. Anyways, here I am 9 days later, still no response, I received 35 out of my 38 tips and they lost a solid continuous customer.
Its not hard to communicate. so I will never deal with this company ever again.
