STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE. If I could rate it zero stars, I would, but here I must give at least one. I placed an order weeks ago and was notified that it was dropped off at the shipping facility shortly after, but now it seems to have disappeared. One contact email for the company is non-existent and bounces back, while the other, linked to payments, leaves my inquiries unanswered. The live chat feature is useless, as no one is ever available. Save your time and, more importantly, your money.

One contact email for the company is undeliverable, and the other, which is used for payments, leaves my messages unanswered. The live chat option is pointless as nobody is ever available. Don't waste your time or your money.
First-time buyer experience. The delivery was supposed to arrive on Monday, and now it’s Wednesday. The mail has come and gone today, and it still won’t arrive. I’m really unhappy. The postal service informed me yesterday that they don’t even have my order in their system. This has been a very stressful ordeal. When I asked for more information, the support team provided no useful assistance. I doubt I will order from this company again. They have $220 of mine and, so far, no products.
A third of my order was missing. They requested a video of me opening the package, which is absurd. I wasn’t offered a refund or a shipment for the missing items. Instead, they provided a coupon for future use, which is completely useless after such a frustrating experience. Avoid this site. As evident from other reviews, they don't offer helpful solutions when issues arise.
