I placed an order weeks ago and was notified that it was dropped off at the shipping facility shortly after, but now it seems to have disappeared. One contact email for the company is non-existent and bounces back, while the other, linked to payments, leaves my inquiries unanswered. The live chat feature is useless, as no one is ever available. Save your time and, more importantly, your money.
