I purchased a tenikle in December, It was defective .I sent it back , I was sent me a wrong replacement item.I emailed back and forth , getting the run around the whole time.I asked for a refund and that was not given either .I didn’t get the correct item sent until I contacted my credit card company to dispute a claim , which at this point I didn’t even want to do business with your company .it took me from December 2024 to mid March 2025 to get what I actually ordered.
