Review Time
I placed two orders by mistake for three tenikles each. (I had trouble getting the first order through the website.) When I asked to return three, I was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours. Ive been told this twice (using their customer contact.). After weeks, I still cannot get the information about how to return. I am generally pleased with the product as have those who received these as gifts, but would not order again or recommend due to hte poor customer service. Sorry. Hate to leave a bad review for a good prodcut.Also their website does not recognize both of my purchases. When I put the order number in _which I have photgraphed from the packaging box, it neither recognizes my email, zip code and order number.I read that others asked for a return lable and didn't get one either. I padi for the return policy one one of the orders. I would like to have the label and credit to my payment method. Wish Id read these reviews first.
If I had choice ,I would not even give them one star. Horrible customer service . As of June 28th. I am communicating with them to get the return label to send this merchandise back . I send 6-8 emails , since they do not have any ph# , and still nothing happen . this gadget is so big and ugly that I do not want to use it in my car dash . They claim we have to return in 30 days but they waste the time for not accepting free return . Think before you purchase this merchandise.AWFUL customer service
⸻⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Not What Was PromisedI came across the Tenikle Pro through a slick Instagram ad. The product was advertised as a revolutionary design with impressive versatility—and the site strongly encouraged buying multiple units with discounted bundle offers, which I went ahead with.Sadly, the experience didn’t live up to the marketing. The product itself is just okay—certainly not as functional or game-changing as presented. The screw mechanism constantly loosens and needs tightening, and the suction performance is poor on most surfaces, despite claims that it works anywhere.On top of that, it took a long time to arrive, and weeks later, I was hit with an unexpected £35 FedEx charge—a cost that was not made clear at the time of purchase.What’s most frustrating is the gap between the advertising and the actual experience. Compared to similar products on the market, this falls short on both performance and clarity.I do almost all of my shopping online and rarely have issues, but this has been one of the most energy-draining purchases I’ve made. I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I’ll be more cautious going forward—and I hope Tenikle rethinks both their product quality and how transparently they present their pricing.
