Order cancelled after company claimed they can't fulfill it. It is unacceptable customer service to offer items for sale when you know you can't honour the order, and to then cancel the orders at random as a result. Would not recommend this company.EDIT: In response to their reply below, other sites I've used have no issues with preventing orders from showing as successful when there are stocking issues. It is incredibly weak to allow an order to complete, to charge the payment method and then contact customers half an hour later stating "we oversold and have arbitrarily decided your order is one of the orders we've decided to cancel". Horrendous service and an incredibly weak reply. I cannot urge people enough to avoid this company, there are far more reliable sites that stock the same products yet manage to avoid issues likes this arising.
