Exceptional customer care 👌

I really enjoy these products as part of my evening routine. I now prefer the chai latte to the hot chocolate, so give it a try, it's delicious!Unfortunately EVRI were unable to deliver my subscription order. After a few days of "attempting delivery", I contacted Michelle in customer service who looked into the issue right away. As it appeared EVRI for some reason said they were going to deliver, but didn't! Michelle quickly sent out my order via Royal Mail which arrived promptly, along with an extra pouch for the inconvenience.She then set up my subscription to come via Royal Mail so I wouldn't have the same issue going forward.What exceptional customer service, other companies could certainly take a leaf out of TenPM's customer service book!Thank you Michelle, you really went the extra mile to sort out the issue & find a solution, so going forward we wouldn't have the same problem.😊

The best way to relax and sleep like a baby

This hot chocolate is now a firm part of my evening routine. It 100% helps me relax and unwind after a busy day teaching and helps me sleep like a baby! Also it tastes delicious. I can’t recommend it enough.

I was skeptical

But. Since using Ten pm I must be honest and say it is the reason that my sleep is so much better. I really didn’t think it would work. I’m converted and have recommended to friends too.

AmazingThis has made a huge difference to me sleep patterns. I'm halfway through my second pack - so been using it for about 6 weeks - and so far I've only had 3 nights where I've not gone straight to sleep. That's pretty much miraculous!
