I spun up VMs on TensorDock and immediately got “VM is not accessible / SSH connection likely inaccessible.” There was no usable service — no SSH access, no ability to run anything — yet credits were deducted as if everything was working.

I contacted support and provided details/screenshots, but the experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of timely human follow-up. The AI agent acknowledged that inaccessible VMs should be eligible for compensation, but my case still wasn’t handled promptly.
If you’re considering this platform, be aware: billing can continue while the VM is inaccessible, and resolution may depend on support responsiveness that I did not get.
