Disappointing Shopping Experience

The customer service and sales approach felt awkward and confusing. The purchasing process was frustrating and prolonged due to misunderstandings about shipping and billing addresses. When the unit arrived with a damaged case, they refused to replace it and only offered a different solution. I doubt they even tried to order a replacement from the manufacturer. I won't return to them.
