I regret giving this company a single star. After using their products for over 20 years without issues, the quality dropped significantly after they took over. The first batch of electrodes caused severe burns, and despite providing proof, they claimed it was my skin reacting poorly. I gave them another chance, but the second batch also burned me, confirming the decline in quality. They refuse to take responsibility, and I am left with unusable products. I wish I could take legal action, as I rely on these items for pain management. Avoid this supplier to prevent similar issues.
