Terrible Experience with Lost Package

My order was marked as delivered by the delivery service, but I never received it. My security camera confirmed no package was delivered. The company refused to refund or replace the lost item, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Their customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful, shifting the blame onto me. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is a poor company—buyer beware!
