I had cause to contact customer service with what turned out to be a warranty issue with my Cargo 2.0. Within six hours of my initial email Tentbox had acknowledged the problem I was having and had agreed to resolve it. A new part was sent to me, and a week later an engineer arrived to fit it. Throughout the entire process both Customer Service and the Warranty Team were helpful, friendly and made everything right quickly and with absolutely no hassle.
The quality of the Tentbox products speak for themselves, and it turns out that the follow up support is to an equally excellent standard. Special shout out to Ronit who I had most contact with, and who consistently demonstrated the values of the brand.
