In short, my delivery was canceled on the same day three times. The company was very apologetic and tried to assure me it would arrive on the next scheduled date, but the same issue occurred again. This was attributed to problems at my local depot, which they acknowledged. However, the solutions offered have been unsatisfactory. There were multiple comments about the delivery service not meeting expectations, but no real resolutions were provided. In a final attempt to resolve the situation, I was told I could schedule a delivery for a week later, but the courier might deliver earlier, which required me to be available that day. It was ironic that while I was on the phone, the courier set a delivery date with no option for rescheduling, showing little regard for my existing commitments. I have now canceled the order, much to my family's disappointment. Having paid for the service with nothing to show for it and no confidence in future deliveries since placing the order on November 22nd, I couldn't keep taking time off for no reason, hoping the scheduled delivery would actually happen.
