I ordered a hoodie last month that was marked as delivered last week, but I never got it. I checked my mailbox, front door, and even asked neighbors, but it’s nowhere to be found. I reached out to the support team and never got a response. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I won't be using this service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
