Ordered the product and was NOT told that shipping would be delayed due to them changing warehouses. Order Confirmation email read "Please Note: As we transition to a new warehouse, orders may ship about two weeks later than usual". Contacted the company after 2+ weeks to get an update and was told it would be ANOTHER two weeks before shipping. No offer to refund shipping or option to cancel the order. If they had notified me of shipping delays at the time of order...and offered free shipping or something (anything) I would have been less annoyed. These folks should move away from DTC.
