I am writing this to share my experience with Tenways. Unfortunately, it has been far from smooth.
The delivery process takes 2 weeks, which is significantly longer than expected. However, the most frustrating part is the customer service. The response time is very slow, and when they do reply, the messages feel generic and provide no actual solution to the problem.
There seems to be a complete lack of understanding of the customer's situation. I expected a much more proactive and solution-oriented approach from a brand in this price segment. As of now, I am still waiting for a resolution.
