What began as a promising furniture purchase turned into months of frustration. Within a few months, our sofa showed wear—seams splitting and cushions sagging. We paid extra for a warranty, but after reporting the issue, we received slow responses and empty promises. Nearly two months later, we're still waiting for a simple replacement cover. Customer service has been unhelpful, dodging responsibility and offering minimal compensation instead of real solutions. Given the amount spent, we expected much better quality and support. I won’t be returning, and I advise others to think carefully before making a purchase.
