Review Time
The website is quite poor; accessing your balance is impossible. I've reached out multiple times and received the same reply each time: it will be available soon. It's frustrating, as it seems they want you to visit the store, possibly to encourage purchases or to let you forget about your no-interest date.

Unsatisfactory customer service. The recliner began to fade after just three months. I was informed it would take six months to receive a replacement part, and then they refused assistance because the account is in my wife's name. A very unhelpful experience—look elsewhere.
If I could rate lower, I would. It's now the end of August and as noted in the previous review from July 11, no one showed up to fix my couch despite being told they had the part and would contact me ASAP. Still no response. Called today and was met with a rude representative who repeated the same lie. They are not honoring my warranty. This sofa cost 5000 and has required three visits to address issues, with the last visit being a no-show. I will never purchase from them again and will share my experience with anyone shopping for furniture. We're now considering legal action.
On July 5th, I received delivery of a dresser, mirror, and nightstand for my daughter. The dresser had two large scratches and a dent on the side. The delivery driver assured me he would inform customer service about the damage. He said getting a replacement would be simple, but the drivers didn’t complete the claim, so I had to do it myself. After multiple follow-ups, I learned it typically takes 3-5 business days for claim evaluation. I was told I’d have to wait weeks for the product to be picked up and delivered. I’m not holding my breath. I later received a call about the delivery schedule but was informed it was a mistake, and I had to wait again. After several calls and disconnects, I went to the store and managed to secure a promise for a refund after they pick up the delivered items. Save yourself the hassle and go to another store.

Purchased a recliner four months ago. After three months, I noticed it was already fading. When I contacted them, I was told it would take six months to get a replacement part. They refused assistance because the account is not in my name. With service like this, it's best to shop elsewhere.

What began as a promising furniture purchase turned into months of frustration. Within a few months, our sofa showed wear—seams splitting and cushions sagging. We paid extra for a warranty, but after reporting the issue, we received slow responses and empty promises. Nearly two months later, we're still waiting for a simple replacement cover. Customer service has been unhelpful, dodging responsibility and offering minimal compensation instead of real solutions. Given the amount spent, we expected much better quality and support. I won’t be returning, and I advise others to think carefully before making a purchase.
