On July 5th, I received delivery of a dresser, mirror, and nightstand for my daughter. The dresser had two large scratches and a dent on the side. The delivery driver assured me he would inform customer service about the damage. He said getting a replacement would be simple, but the drivers didn’t complete the claim, so I had to do it myself. After multiple follow-ups, I learned it typically takes 3-5 business days for claim evaluation. I was told I’d have to wait weeks for the product to be picked up and delivered. I’m not holding my breath. I later received a call about the delivery schedule but was informed it was a mistake, and I had to wait again. After several calls and disconnects, I went to the store and managed to secure a promise for a refund after they pick up the delivered items. Save yourself the hassle and go to another store.
