However, the seller insisted on a fixed 30% deduction for a 'used' item, contrary to EU laws. They claimed it was 'custom made', which is false, as I made no special requests. I find it unacceptable that a seller within the EU disregards consumer protection laws. I've reported this case to the appropriate authorities and urge others to be cautious before purchasing from this shop.
