I bought a lure machine that was advertised as having a remote control range of up to 250 yards, but it didn't perform as promised. The remote often failed even at distances under 50 meters, rendering it nearly unusable. After minimal testing, I returned the machine within the 14-day return window, requesting a refund as it did not match the description. However, the seller insisted on a fixed 30% deduction for a 'used' item, contrary to EU laws. They claimed it was 'custom made', which is false, as I made no special requests. I find it unacceptable that a seller within the EU disregards consumer protection laws. I've reported this case to the appropriate authorities and urge others to be cautious before purchasing from this shop.
This equipment works exactly as advertised. As someone who is not a regular lure driver, managing my dogs alone seemed challenging, but this solution is perfect! There are also several color options available. Whenever I have a question or concern, the support I receive makes it worthwhile. I've had it for a few months now, and it's still performing well without needing a recharge yet. I recommend it to anyone wanting to exercise their dog.
