Basically works quite well, but had to wait 5 minutes at pickup for a member of staff, despite having made the requisite two phone calls on the way to T3.
It might have been a good idea to let customers know about the road works on the Heathrow tunnel!
At the pickup your colleague Nishan was keen for us to give positive feedback. He was a nice enough chap and at least he was physically present when we arrived. However, he mistakenly assured us we wouldn't need the ticket he gave us to exit the car park so I put it in my jacket in the boot. When we got to the barrier it didn't actually open automatically.
There was another parking ticket left on the dash so I tried to use that but it didn't work. This just caused confusion. Much better just to say to the customer "yes you'll need to hold onto your ticket, but you might find it opens automatically".
This was our first time so obviously we'll be wiser next time. Would use again.
