Basically works quite well, but had to wait 5 minutes at pickup for a member of staff, despite having made the requisite two phone calls on the way to T3.
It might have been a good idea to let customers know about the road works on the Heathrow tunnel!
At the pickup your colleague Nishan was keen for us to give positive feedback. He was a nice enough chap and at least he was physically present when we arrived. However, he mistakenly assured us we wouldn't need the ticket he gave us to exit the car park so I put it in my jacket in the boot. When we got to the barrier it didn't actually open automatically.
There was another parking ticket left on the dash so I tried to use that but it didn't work. This just caused confusion. Much better just to say to the customer "yes you'll need to hold onto your ticket, but you might find it opens automatically".
This was our first time so obviously we'll be wiser next time. Would use again.
Dropping the car off was fine, took us to the airport was all good, however returning today 9th Feb 2026 was not as good. We called to say we at the baggage area. They said we need to phone again once we have our baggage which we did they said they will be 11 minutes which turned into a half hour. After a long haul flight you don't want to still stand and wait for your transfer they should be waiting for you. The cases shifted at the back which he heard and when arrived at the car parking place where our car was. He opened his boot not checking if anything can fall out, our case fell out onto the ground with two laptops in and our laundry item we purchased in South Africa was partially damaged. With no apology that he let our case fall to the ground. Our car was not ready for us even though they fetched us and we told them our regards number, we had to wait for them to fetch it which is more of a delay. Sorry but will not be using them again.
