I ordered a jacket for my niece on November 30, 2025, from what was advertised as a US-based company in North Carolina. The tracking information showed that they only processed and shipped my order on December 16th. It finally arrived on January 1, 2026, far too late for Christmas. To make matters worse, the price increased for the holidays, and now it's $10 less. Additionally, they sent an extra large instead of the medium I ordered. When I reached out for return instructions, they shockingly asked for a photo to prove the wrong size was sent. After sending the photo, I have not received any response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Furthermore, I suspect that their reviews are not genuine, as there seems to be no option to leave an authentic review for their products or services.
