Horrible experience. Their website is deceiving. Never do they tell you that they ship out of China, not that their main office is in Turkey. Strike 1!
Since the items were shipped out of China, the items arrived in 2 weeks. I can live with that (more or less), but when I received my pottery, all three items arrived broken. When I contacted them, they said they were sorry and that they'd give me a 20% discount. Strike 2!
When I told them not acceptable, they said they would refund me only if I shipped (and paid for the shipping) the items to Turkey. I refused.
I emailed several times for a full refund (with photos of the damaged goods), but I didn't hear back from them. Strike 3!
Thank God for Discover Card. I filed a complaint and opted for a chargeback. Only then did they contact me again saying why the chargeback; that would ruin their reputation. I told them they obviously did not care about their reputation since they did nothing to resolve this situation, but if they refunded my money, I would retract the chargeback. I never heard back from them.
I retrospect, I'm glad I filed a complaint. These people are thieves and deserve to be put out of business. Do not purchase from this website.
Disappointing experience! I ordered a cashmere hat, but it was clearly not cashmere. I regret making this purchase. When I reached out to ask about the return policy, I was informed that I could keep the hat and would receive 50% of my money back. I chose this option since the return process seemed complicated. However, I have yet to receive any refund, despite sending several emails. Terrible product and service. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. By the way, the hat cost $40!
I expected to receive premium leather shoes marked "Hand Made," but instead got low-quality synthetic shoes labeled as "fashion shoes." It's quite ridiculous. The delivery took weeks from overseas, despite appearing to be from a domestic company. When I requested a refund, they only offered 50% back without requiring a return, which raised red flags. This company seems to profit from customers not pursuing chargebacks with their credit card providers. Remember, you are not obliged to pay for returns with such untrustworthy sellers; just ask for a chargeback.
I ordered a jacket for my niece on November 30, 2025, from what was advertised as a US-based company in North Carolina. The tracking information showed that they only processed and shipped my order on December 16th. It finally arrived on January 1, 2026, far too late for Christmas. To make matters worse, the price increased for the holidays, and now it's $10 less. Additionally, they sent an extra large instead of the medium I ordered. When I reached out for return instructions, they shockingly asked for a photo to prove the wrong size was sent. After sending the photo, I have not received any response. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. Furthermore, I suspect that their reviews are not genuine, as there seems to be no option to leave an authentic review for their products or services.
I ordered a pair of ‘leather’ boots on December 8th. They only arrived on December 30th, and they were not leather but rather a cheap plastic pair of shoes. Customers have to pay for return shipping to get a full refund, which I will do. I strongly advise against using this platform for any purchases.
