Disappointing experience! I ordered a cashmere hat, but it was clearly not cashmere. I regret making this purchase. When I reached out to ask about the return policy, I was informed that I could keep the hat and would receive 50% of my money back. I chose this option since the return process seemed complicated. However, I have yet to receive any refund, despite sending several emails. Terrible product and service. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. By the way, the hat cost $40!
